We invest heavily in technology which eliminates the laborious task of typing up transactions. This allows our Accountants to apply their expertise in preparing accounts and reducing your tax liabilities.
Do you outsource offshore?
Never! All work is carried out from our London office by our UK Qualified Accountants.
Will speed compromise quality?
Every set of Accounts is reviewed by a Senior Accountant before being sent to you to ensure accuracy and maximum tax efficiency.
What do I need to provide?
If all transactions appear on your company bank statements, we can use those to to compile the figures. If the transactions have gone through your personal account we can provide a template excel sheet for you to fill out and return. That would be enough to make a start on your accounts and in most cases complete a draft set for review.
What if I’m unhappy with my current accountant – is it easy to switch to you?
Yes, we can take over the accounts and reach out to your previous Accountant for any information we may require to continue with your accounts.
How and when do I need to pay you?
When you are ready we will send you our fee proposal which you can accept online. Payment is taken at the point you accept the engagement.
What if I can’t find all my receipts/transaction records?
If the transactions appear on your company bank statements, we can use that to record the transactions. If they have gone through your personal account we would provide a template expense sheet for you to fill out and return.
Can you find ways of saving me even more tax?
Yes, we look at your expenses, industry and personal tax allowances to see what you can utilise as a tax saving.
